Return & Exchange Policy
Items that are in an unopened, unused, unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. However, customers are advised to notify us at kmec@koike.com.my by quoting the order number and the product details. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons and accessories are non-returnable. If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. |
